The manufacturing process begins with high-quality stainless steel billets. The billets are initially processed through hot rolling. The hot-rolled coil then enters the cold rolling process. Cold rolling is carried out at room temperature. Multiple sets of rolling rolls are used to gradually cold roll and press the steel strip. This precisely controls the thickness and significantly improves the surface finish and dimensional accuracy, meeting the stringent standards of different industries.
To eliminate the processing stress and enhance the comprehensive properties of the stainless steel strip, annealing treatment is required. In a specific temperature atmosphere, the internal structure of the steel strip is readjusted, enhancing its toughness and corrosion resistance. Finally, finishing operations such as slitting and leveling are carried out according to the intended use, ensuring that the width, flatness, and other indicators of the steel strip meet the requirements. Thus, rolls of high-quality stainless steel strips are born, embarking on a new journey in various industries.
